Cancellation Policy:
Deposit and Payment Disclaimer: A non-refundable deposit of RM200 minimum is required to secure the date and time of your booking. The remaining balance is due 10 business days before your event date.
Cancellation Refund Policy:

If the full balance has been paid in advance and a cancellation is made at least 10 business days before the scheduled event date, a refund will be issued, minus the non-refundable deposit.

Please note that the RM200 deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Cancellations made less than 10 business days before the event date are not eligible for a refund.
